This nifty, self-contained panel fits easily into the track of your existing sliding glass door, featuring a spring-loaded top section to lock it securely in place, a dog-friendly, flexible flap to help keep the elements and insects out and a pin lock for extra security.

Instructions

You will need to drill two small holes into the frame (as instructed in the manual) to attach the Pin Lock and one small hole into the door to insert the pin. If inserting into Double Doors, you will need to purchase an additional Pin Lock, so you can lock the existing Patio Doors on both sides of the Dog Patio Door.

Alternatively, you can insert a piece of dowel into the frame to stop the patio door from opening any further than required (a wooden broom handle works well). This option means that no drilling is required.
