Pet Shop Direct is an Australian owned business. We have been retailing pet supplies through our large retail store in Sydney for over 20 years. Being in the industry for such a long time, we have built up a large customer base who have shopped with us since our opening back in 2004. Our dedicated staff have years of experience working in the retail pet supply industry and are experienced in looking after all types of pets, from dogs and cats to exotics like macaws & pythons. We are pet people who care about animals and our customers.

Where are we located

Our warehouse and office are located at Taren Point which is in Sydney's southern suburbs, about 5 min from Cronulla. Our large warehouse allows us to operate a purpose-built online pet supplies business that is able to service the whole of Australia. This allows us to keep high levels of stock with plenty of storage and buying power to keep prices low. Our warehouse / dispatch at Taren Point does not have a showroom, so is not open to the public.

Our retail store

Our retail store Petfood Plus is located in the Sydney suburb of Roselands, and has been in business for over 20 years. Our staff there are knowledgeable about all pets and are always happy to help. Both online and retail stores are run separately so some prices, promotions and specials may differ between our two stores. Everyone is welcome to visit our Sydney retail store, it is open 7 days a week!
