Using only six watts, Orthopaedic Dog Beds are thermionically controlled that rises to your dog’s natural body temperature once they are on the mat. The dual thermostat helps maintain heat higher than room temperature. Simply test the bed beforehand by plugging it in to a power source and place a pillow on the bed. After twenty minutes the bed should feel warm. This bed includes a non-slip bottom for safety. Recommended for indoor use.

Ensure the mat is not in a confined space and that your pet is able to remove themselves from the heated mat. Speak to your veterinarian before using this product on kittens, puppies, and pets before, after or during surgery and pets recovering from illness.

The bed is completely washable. Remove the cover and wash on a gentle, cold cycle. Line dry or use the no-heat cycle on your dryer. Also includes a removable heater for all season use.
