Same Day Processing

Orders placed before 10am AEST will be processed same day. Orders placed after this time may still be processed in time for same day dispatch. Orders missing courier cut off times will be dispatched the following business day, excluding public holidays.

Our approximate courier cut off times are as follows.

Australia Post: 10am Mon-Fri

Couriers Please: 10am Mon, 2pm Tues-Fri

Aramex: 10am Mon-Fri

Team Global Express (formally Toll): 10am Mon-Fri

Occasionally items may be out of stock or we are waiting on delivery of an item to fulfil your order which may delay the dispatch. We will contact you if there is more than a 24-hour delay in the processing of your order or the availability of an item you have purchased.
